David Rainbow RN - Consultant
Complex Care Training Specialist
David has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience working in clinical, managerial, and educational roles in the public, private, and community health sectors.
Over the last decade David has worked as a nurse educator in both the acute hospital and vocational settings. In this role he provides contemporary education and training programs in the classroom and at point of care to develop confidence and competence in healthcare providers.
David has several qualifications, including Masters of Education (Adult Learning), Bachelor of Science (Nursing), Graduate Certificate (Health Management), and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. By bringing these qualifications together with two decades of clinical experience, David effectively identifies education and training needs and develops training programs for healthcare providers across all disciplines and stages of career development.
Danielle Baxter

Danielle began her studies in 2012 at the University of the Sunshine Coast where she commenced an undergraduate degree in nutrition. Whilst studying this she learnt that she wanted to support individuals in making positive changes to their overall health, and by doing so decided to also engage in psychology courses. By the end of 2018 she had completed both nutrition and psychology degrees where she was able to attain first class honours with University commendation for academic excellence.
Since then Danielle has completed an internship as a research assistant and the adolescent research risk unit (ARRU), and recently gained experience in the disability support sector.
HEATHER McLEOD

Heather’s passion for Mental Health and Wellness started as a young woman in the Health and Fitness Industry, where she guided and supported many people in reaching their fitness and wellness goals.
As Heather’s Journey continued, her love for people, supporting and holding space for others was ever present, she knew that encouraging others to see beyond their circumstances was her purpose. Having her own lived experience with Mental Health and more importantly her experience of recovery, then led her to embark on seeking to learn more within the Mental Health and Wellness realm.
In 2019, she began her diploma in Life Coaching and Neurolinguistics (NLP). Heather’s passion for supporting and guiding led her to become a certified breathwork coach, supporting nervous system regulation, and in 2024 she then completed her Certificate IV in Mental
Health.
Heather has her own business in Coaching as well as coming on board to work with our dynamic team here at Health and Community Solutions.
