Client Support Practitioner/ Support Coordinator/PRC

Mel is an experienced Natural Therapies Practitioner with over 15 years’ experience supporting people though periods of change, challenge and growth.

Mel’s first introduction to mentoring others was obtained in a Leadership Role for a large Retail Chain that saw her overseeing teams of over 150 individuals and more intensely, working to develop leaders coming through the ranks.

After completing her Cert 3 of Individual Support in 2023 she has enjoyed providing mentoring, personal advocacy and therapeutic support to individuals accessing the NDIS with a strong focus on emotional well-being and nervous system support.

She brings warmth, insight and a calm presence to her work.

Mel is passionate about walking alongside people as they reconnect with themselves and move forward with confidence.

Mel’s qualifications and experience include:

Leita

Client Support Practitioner/
PRC

Leita is a dedicated Psychosocial Recovery Coach with Health and Community Solutions, supporting NDIS participants to work toward their recovery goals, increase independence, and build meaningful participation in their community.

Leita brings over ten years of experience in people-centred roles, with a strong foundation in care, support, and relationship building. She has worked five years as a nanny, developing patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, followed by four years as a support worker, where she supported individuals with psychosocial and other support needs to build daily living skills, strengthen capacity, and achieve goals aligned with their NDIS plans. Earlier in her career, Leita also worked as a waitress for four years, which enhanced her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds in a respectful and approachable way.

Currently a third-year Social Work student, Leita combines practical experience with evidence-based knowledge, applying recovery-oriented, strengths-based, and person-centred approaches in her work. She is passionate about supporting participants to exercise choice and control, build confidence, and develop skills that support long-term wellbeing and community inclusion.

Leita is known for her professional, confident, and kind approach, creating a safe and supportive environment where participants feel heard, respected, and empowered. She holds a Blue Card and is certified in First Aid and CPR, ensuring a high standard of safety and professionalism at all times.

NICOLE

Client Support Manager/Client Support Practitioner

Nicole has a strong background in health, community services, and client-focused roles.

As a qualified Art Therapist, she brings a calm, compassionate, and person-centred approach to her work. Nicole is experienced in supporting clients, carers, and provider partners, taking the time to understand individual needs and ensure communication is clear, respectful, and supportive.

She also has over 20 years’ experience helping organisations create safer workplaces by identifying and managing exposures that may impact worker health and wellbeing. This experience, combined with her background in banking, tourism, and hospitality, has shaped her strong customer service skills and ability to build positive, trusted relationships.

Nicole is known for her approachable manner, professionalism, and genuine commitment to supporting people and organisations to achieve positive, safe, and practical outcomes within the health and community services sector.

David Rainbow RN - Consultant

Complex Care Training Specialist

David has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience working in clinical, managerial, and educational roles in the public, private, and community health sectors.

Over the last decade David has worked as a nurse educator in both the acute hospital and vocational settings. In this role he provides contemporary education and training programs in the classroom and at point of care to develop confidence and competence in healthcare providers.

David has several qualifications, including Masters of Education (Adult Learning), Bachelor of Science (Nursing), Graduate Certificate (Health Management), and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. By bringing these qualifications together with two decades of clinical experience, David effectively identifies education and training needs and develops training programs for healthcare providers across all disciplines and stages of career development.
